To The Project H.O.M.E. Community,
We are pleased to release Vision of H.O.M.E., our Strategic Plan for the next five years.
This document is the culmination of a full year's worth of thought, discussion, deliberation, team work and review by all members of our community including residents, staff, Board Members, neighbors, partners, and funders.
Vision of H.O.M.E. builds on the long standing successes of Project H.O.M.E. and will guide us as we to continue our work to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.
The completion of the Strategic Plan marks an important milestone, however the real work and major benefit comes when the plan is put into operation. We call implementing the Strategic Plan, Journey H.O.M.E.
Achieving the established goals will require effort and attention from every person in the Project H.O.M.E community. Please join us in our Journey H.O.M.E. by reading the Plan but more importantly by becoming part of making it a reality.
Thank you for your contribution to making Vision of H.O.M.E. a strong and comprehensive Strategic Plan. Let's now join together again for the Journey H.O.M.E.
