Case Manager - Rowan Judson

Rowan Homes, Judson Street offers thirty- one 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as community space, a quiet courtyard and a playground.  We are seeking an individual with skills to work with women and children in their efforts to maintain housing and develop the family's ability to live independently.  The case manager prepares service plans with families that will focus on education, employment, health, and maintenance of recovery and/or management of mental illness.  Additional job responsibilities include working with families to ensure house rules are followed and apartments are maintained to standards along with the recruitment and screening of new residents.  Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, prior social work/case management experience, working with women in recovery and their children preferred, must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, strong organization and computers skills (Microsoft Office Applications).  Along with a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully obtain clearance of criminal and child abuse background checks.  Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 hours/week with rotational on-call hours.
