Neighborhood Supervisors Property Management
This is a "hands-on" position that will be expected to perform regular maintenance while supervising maintenance staff and contractors. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the physical plants and all contractors within the assigned neighborhood. This neighborhood includes 8 facilities which include residential buildings, office space, community centers and a technology education centers. Qualified candidates must have a minimum education of a HS diploma or equivalent; overall minimum cumulative experience of 5 years (facilities/maintenance, supervising employees, contractors & vendors); a minimum of 3 years experience and knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures; a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience; a cursory knowledge of construction methods and procedures; a minimum of 1 year experience in and knowledge of custodial procedures and standards; knowledge & ability to use computers and PDA's; good verbal & written communication skills, a valid Driver's license, own transportation and valid, and up to date car insurance required. Additionally, any candidate considered for this position must be able to satisfactorily complete child abuse check and meet our automobile insurance clearance. Schedule: M-F 40 hours per week with rotational on-call hours evenings and weekends.
