Part Time Receptionist

We have an opportunity available for part-time receptionist. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, taking accurate messages, relaying and transferring calls to voicemail, being attentive to the movement of tenants, guests, and visitors coming in and out of the building, monitoring security camera screens located at the front desk, responding to tenants & building emergencies, updating a daily log of events, completing other tasks as needed: typing, filing, copying, mailing, etc.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • A high school diploma or equiv.;
  • 1 year related experience;
  • Previous office experience preferred;
  • A friendly & helpful demeanor;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • The ability to work well with a variety of people.

Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays  11:00pm - 7:00am
