Program Manager - St. Elizabeth's Recovery Residence

The St. Elizabeth's Program provides a nine-month to one-year recovery program for 24 men.  Responsibilities include program management and development, supervision of all staff, budget and facilities management. Qualified candidates must have a BSW or a Bachelor's degree in a related field, master's preferred, a minimum of 4 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience within the behavioral health field, be a skilled supervisor/manager with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience serving persons with a primary diagnosis of drug & alcohol addiction and/or dual diagnosis, and knowledge of homelessness issues .   Must also possess strong administrative, supervisory, organizational skills, verbal & written communication skills, computer skills in Microsoft office environment (Excel & Word) and a valid driver's license. Schedule: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm and on-call.
