Property Management - Administrative Assistant
The primary responsibility of the Property Management Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Director of Property Management and Facilities Team. Responsibilities will include being the primary interface for our Facilities Management Database, maintain and update building files, act as the department facilities dispatcher when needed, perform fleet management administration (process applications & renewals of registration and insurance of all PH vehicles, maintain records, administer Driver Training Program and obtain & keep driver information and records), assist Facilities Coordinator with monthly, biannual and annual inspections & reports, and provide other clerical/administrative assistance to the Director as required. Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED, a minimum of 3 years secretarial/administrative experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well with a wide variety of people, good organizational skills, strong computer skills (MicroSoft Word & Excel) and database experience, ability to work independently and collaboratively, ability to function successfully in a high pressure short deadline environment and able to successfully handle multiple tasks. Previous experience working with a Facilities or Property Management Department a plus, but not required. Schedule: M – F 9am – 5pm. Location: 2101 Brandywine Street .
