Residential & Commercial Project Manager
We are seeking a Residential & Commercial Project Manager with a proven track record in the affordable housing and commercial real estate industry. The Residential & Commercial Project Manager will be the organization's lead project manager for large-scale residential housing and commercial real estate ventures. Primary responsibilities include the daily management, monitoring and financing of multiple projects and to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, and must have demonstrated 7 to 10 (plus) years of project management experience in the large-scale residential housing (20+ units) and commercial real estate industry. In addition, candidates must have direct experience in each of the following: project management & monitoring, stakeholder coordination, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) financing/budget management, and contract management. Successful candidates must also have a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the affordable housing industry; must be highly organized; must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a demanding and time sensitive environment; must have excellent writing skills, must be able to communicate and work collaboratively and efficiently with design and construction professionals, public agencies, Project H.O.M.E. residents and staff. Required Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Intermediate or Advanced Excel, Preferred Computer Skills: Intermediate Project.
