Teen Program Manager

The Manager will oversee the continued development, implementation, and evaluation of programs geared towards raising the academic, technology, college-readiness and employment skills of neighborhood youth (grades 7 – 12). After-School, Saturday and summer programs are delivered at the Honickman Learning Center Comcast Technology Labs and include Digital Arts, Journalism, Cross Bridge Scholars, Entrepreneur, College Access and Employment Preparation/internships. Qualified candidates must have a BA/BS, M.A. preferred; a minimum of 7 years related experience, with specialization in working with urban youth and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience; experience in teaching and curriculum design; program development and assessment; budget management; excellent organization, verbal, written & interpersonal skills, and strong computer skills.  If hired you must submit and satisfactorily clear child abuse and criminal background checks. Location: Honickman Learning Center/Comcast Technology Labs, 1936 N. Judson Street , Philadelphia , PA.    Location: Honickman Learning Center & Comcast Technology Labs, 1936 N. Judson Street , Philadelphia PA ; Schedule: 40 hours per week M - F with some evening/weekend commitments.
