Hope Haven I and II
Project HOME's supportive housing programs offer permanent, subsidized housing for individuals and families who had been homeless. Most residents come to Project HOME from a safe haven, a shelter or from the streets.
Hope Haven I & II are clean-and-sober, permanent supportive housing residences for men, providing 22 fully-furnished, subsidized single-room occupancy units with shared living rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Accessible units are also available.
Residents are offered service coordination, personal recovery services, healthcare, education and employment opportunities. Residents are encouraged to participate in recovery-oriented activities that lead to personal growth, well-being and self-sufficiency.

- Currently homeless and have a special need with written verification from a professional who is licensed by the state to diagnose and treat that condition.
- Demonstrated commitment to a recovery lifestyle
- Successfully completed Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program
