Occupational Services works with formerly homeless Project H.O.M.E. residents to assist them in achieving employment. Employment Initiatives include:

- Job Readiness classes and clubs
- Job Fair Workshops
- Resume Writing
- One-on-One Readiness and Retention
- Resident Volunteer Stipend Appointments
- Dress for Success
- Limited Job Coaching
