Supportive Housing and Services
Project HOME's supportive housing programs allow each person to break the cycle of homelessness, move toward self-sufficiency and achieve his or her fullest potential. An important element of the continuum is individualized supportive service programs that rebuild and promote dignity in the context of a strong and caring community.
