HOME Made is a brand of gift products made by Project HOME residents in a workshop setting with the support of staff and volunteer artisan facilitators. HOME Made products include candles, soap, jewelry and greeting cards. Using a workshop model, residents are paid for each item they create for sale- directing the pace of their own work and income.
This model is intended to offer a safe and welcoming opportunity for interested residents to earn income, build self-esteem and a sense of possibility that they can succeed in a work environment.
