Economic Study


This report serves as an update to a 2011 study on the economic and fiscal impact of Project HOME’s facilities and expenditures on the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania economies, and on the neighborhoods in which Project HOME has a physical presence.

Project HOME's growth over the past 25 years has allowed us to leverage $106 million in capital expenditure and annual operating expenditures into $609 million in economic activity – a factor of nearly $2.25 for every dollar spent – and is statistically correlated with increasing property values

A 2010 report which advocates addressing homelessness by providing permanent supportive housing in order to ensure quality of life for everyone as well as save precious public resources.
