It Takes All Of Us

Our vision – None of us are HOME until all of us are HOME – inspires us to lead with courage, compassion, and belief. For over 35 years, we’ve centered our work on the strength of a simple conviction: we can solve homelessness in our lifetimes, and it takes all of us. Today, your leadership is bringing us closer than ever to realizing this vision.

Just ask Victor, whose remarkable story is featured in this year’s appeal. We see journeys like his each and every day, and we are encouraged and inspired to press forward. Project HOME’s model (Housing, Opportunities for Employment, Medical Care, and Education) is now considered a blueprint. Practices like coordinated, 24/7/365 street outreach, which began here, are now adopted across the country.

Thanks to you, Philadelphia is not just responding to homelessness – we’re leading the way HOME. Together. Your support has helped Project HOME build more than 1,000 units of permanent supportive housing and increase access to critical services – from medical care at the Hub of Hope to job training though our social enterprise programs to cutting-edge education at Honickman Learning Center Comcast Technology Labs.

We know Philadelphia can be the first city to end chronic street homelessness, but we can’t do it alone. It takes all of us. My own journey to Project HOME started years ago, when I found an affordable suit at the HOMESpun Boutique that helped me prepare for law school. That moment of empowerment became part of a larger story – one that brought me back to lead this remarkable community last year.

Real change requires belief, strategy, and renewed commitment. Today, I ask you to continue your leadership with Project HOME by renewing your support through giving to our annual fund. Your gift is more than a donation – it’s a crucial investment in the lasting solutions Philadelphia needs.

Together, we are turning a shared commitment into concrete progress toward ending homelessness. Yes, we’ve made strides, but the work is far from over. It takes all of us to create impact. It takes all of us to care, to act, and to give. It takes all of us to build the future where none of us are home until all of us are home.
