[NEWS] Local leaders break ground on new apartments in North Philly for people exiting homelessness

The new facility, House of Grace, is at 1315 W. Hunting Park Ave. with 45 efficiency apartments, including 11 accessible units.

The development is the latest housing facility from Project HOME, a nonprofit organization that aims to empower Philadelphians to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty through housing.
