Community Needs and Assets Assessment

Strengthening the alignment between the community’s needs and assets and
Project HOME programs in 19121 and 19132.
After almost a year of gathering statistics and conducting resident surveys, interviews, focus groups and community forums, learn about what YOU in the community have recommended for Project HOME programs in 19121 and 19132. Your recommendations will guide us in our work in Community Development (at the Helen Brown Community Center), Education and Workforce Development (at the Honickman Learning Center and Comcast Technology Labs) and Healthcare Services (at the Stephen Klein Wellness Center) – so that we can respond to the needs and build on the strengths of 19121 and 19132.
