Mother's Day 2023

When you were growing up, how many times did your mother remind you to be kind, generous, and reach out to those who needed your help? Well… as always, Mom was right!

This Mother’s Day, when you make a memorable gift that honors the love your mother has given to you, you are empowering mothers at Project HOME.  

Your gift will support mothers who have experienced – or are at-risk of experiencing – homelessness as they continue their education, train for employment, and spend quality, well-deserved time with their children.

Please consider a donation to Project HOME, and we'll send a Mother's Day card to your mother or to anyone you love or wish to honor, advising them of your gift.

Your gift towards our Mother's Day appeal – created by our long-time friends at The Honickman Foundation – will celebrate the mothers of Project HOME, as they strive for a better future for themselves and their families.

What Your Gift Can Do

• $1,000 funds six weeks of summer camp at the Honickman Learning Center Comcast Technology Labs to keep a child's mind active while allowing a mother to work. 
• $500 supports five dental visits for a family of four at the Stephen Klein Wellness Center.
• $250 supports a mother's completion of a Professional Certificate as part of our Adult Learning and Employment Program.
• $100 provides a month's worth of hygiene products and toiletries for a family.
• $50 supports a family counseling visit for a mother and her children.
• $25 supports prenatal vitamins for a pregnant mother.

Thanks to your generosity, each mother at Project HOME will also receive a special gift for Mother's Day. Please respond before April 26 to allow time for the delivery of your Mother's Day card.
